
SCOLED summer school was held in Palanga, Lithuania

The summer school of the project SCOLED was held in combination with the International Conference and Summer School on Advanced Materials and Technologies. The events were held in Palanga, Lithuania, on August 25–29, 2025. The events drew over 160 participants, including young scientists, PhD students, and lecturers, eager to deepen their knowledge and network with peers. The events featured 30 lectures delivered by established researchers. Several presentations stood out for their innovation and popularity among attendees.
The following lectures were of particular interest for the participants of the summer school of the SCOLED project.

- Prof. Shi-Wei Chu (National Taiwan University): "Optical Microscopy for Nanoscience and Neuroscience"
- Prof. Peter Skabara (University of Glasgow): "Stars in Your Eyes – Monodisperse Macromolecules for Photonic and Optoelectronic Applications"
- Prof. Angels Serra (Universitat Rovira i Virgili): "Vitrimers: Paving the Way for Sustainable Thermosets"
The lectures provided valuable insights into cutting-edge research and sparked dynamic discussions, contributing to the success of the events.
